Things Happen Fast
Um.. So I think I am now going to Romania in July to help implement a Sunday School program in a partnership church there.
I'm mildly freaking out.

That is awesome!
Posted by mingaling on April 17, 2006 04:39 PMHannah, that's terrific! I recommend listening to that "Numa Numa" song by O-Zone to start, the only commercial Romanian band evah. Romania is beautiful, it will be great! I have a good friend who spent three years in Peace Corps there, email me if you have culture questions. (There are Russian and Romanian-speaking areas there.)

Posted by Russiagirl on April 17, 2006 05:30 PMThat is such a great thing. My cousin went over to Romania last summer to do the very same thing, and loved every minute of it. So much so that she's taking her whole family back this year. Let me know if you want to talk to her.
Posted by Kim on April 17, 2006 06:37 PMI'm mildly jealous.
Posted by dpb on April 17, 2006 06:40 PMYou will love it. I spent two summers in Romania, working in orphanages, and have been trying to get back ever since.
