Sarah just said I'm experiencing "Fat Denial Happiness," because I refuse to get on the scale and I'm in a good mood about it.

Weigh myself every morning before my shower to see how I'm doing. I miss being in Fat Denial, but then again, it was because I was in Fat Denial, literally.
